Hhow can a business analyst contribute in a Scrum Project? This article discusses the fact that producing a business analysis in Scrum is a goal and not a role. The possible contribution of the ScrumMaster, delivery team and Product Owner, the three Scrum roles, are described. It is often the Product owner that is held responsible for delivering the business analysis side of Scrum projects, but many Product Owners lack time to accomplish all the strategic activities resulting of product management and the the operational aspects associated with the backlog and the user stories (planning, testing, etc.).
